Hi,
I am continuing to get charged for Whole Dog Journal $20/yr to my MasterCard ending in 2070. My account, the only one I am aware of, shows that I do not have a current subscription. The previous charges settled on 1/24/19 and again on 1/24/20. There is a pending charge as of today.
Can someone help me find the account associated or turn off the automatic payment?
I emailed in last year and no one was able to help them.
You should be able to put a stop payment on the credit card through your bank
he can dispute it but he can’t stop payment on a credit card.
I’m logged in, but the download fails
I’m ending my subscription.
I have been a long time subscriber to the whole-dog-journal and just read the February 2021 edition which contained the approved dry dog foods for 2021. I noticed that ZIWI Peak Air-Dried Dog Food was not on the list. I’m not sure if it because it is air dried and doesn’t qualify as a dry dog food or whether you don’t feel that this a quality food. Certainly in my opinion the ingredients look good. I looked at previous articles in the past about dehydrated foods or raw foods and didn’t see this food listed. I would like your opinion about this food. I don’t know whether this isn’t addressed again because it is air dried.
I appreciate your response to this question.
I am also logged in and the most recent edition does not download. Suggestions?
Am I a prescriber? Please let me know.
I believe my membership has expired and I do not want to renew it
Please provide sources for your “Dog Food Myth-Busting” article. I would like to hear from an Animal Nutritionist, preferably both sides to form my opinion. Where is the research to support your opinion?
I cannot download any issues. When I click to download, it keeps bringing me back to the same page — to click and download
Can I send a check to renew my Subscription? I attempted to call, was on hold for 12 minutes so I left a ‘call back’ request…..but no one called me.
I would send a $20 check to your Texas address.
How can I call you?
Do I also get a hard copy of this magazine? I thought I did.
Thank you 😊
