Website absolutely sucks. Can’t get the December issue. May as well end membership.
I am a subscriber and can’t download the issue.
I, too, can’t download the issue. Or rather, it downloads and I can read it but I can’t save the issue. I thought the problem was something to do with Adobe PDF since I am having a problem saving PDF files for a couple of weeks. When I right click and choose “save as” my PC brings up a blank box with no options or actions available.
Almost every time that people post that they can’t download the issue, their subscriptions have actually expired. Check your subscription date, and if it is still current, send an email to customer_service5@belvoir.com for help.
