I have subscribed. Why can’t I download the February 2020 issue?
Nor can I

It took me a couple tries, clicking here and there. And then it worked. There is a “Click here to download the full issue PDF” hyperlink under the full-page (nearly) picture of the cover and the “comments”. That’s the link that worked for me.
I have subscribed, but I cannot not download the February issue
I found the “click here” tab
I see where Acana is #1 on your approved list. I currently feed my dogs the Acana Singles Limited Ingedient Diet with Wholesome grains (Duck and Pumpkin). I searched and searched for a food because no matter what I fed one of them he would scratch, lick and bite like crazy. After honing in on the ingredients, mostly everything has chicken in it and I believe he has developed an intolerance to chicken protein and possibly Turkey and Lamb. Any way, they love the Acana However, last week I had took out a subscription for another petfood reviewer and I ran across the lawsuit that was filed against Champion Foods ( Acana and Orijen) back in 2018-2019 allegedly in some of there brands high levels of heavy metals were found, and also BPA, and the drug used to euthanize animals. I know they have been around for 25 years with no recall, but when I hear of things like this it bothers me because I want the best for my fur babies. Now, I have to find another food for them. Have you any knowledge of this?
I cannot find a way to open up the best dog foods issue online. It asks for a login…. but I am already logged in. It is a loop
Linda – your Whole Dog online account uses one email address but your subscription is under a different email address. This is a common problem for subscribers having difficulty accessing issues and other subscriber-only content. We need to consolidate your records under a single email address. I am emailing you privately to resolve.
