  1. I have been unable to download your issues .
I have tried for the past 2 months unsuccessfully.
I log in and the same screen comes up: subscriber only, or download the PDf but it will not download to my phone.

  2. Yes, I am have this same problem. I log in and click the PDF or try to download the news letter and I am sent back to the sign in page.

I will NOT be renewing my subscription since I can’t get access to the newsletter.

  3. I’m having the same problem. In fact, I wanted the printed version of the subscription and somehow got changed to online, which I don’t like. I’m considering canceling my subscription.

  4. Sherry – glad to see your issue was resolved.

The best way to resolve access problems is to email customer service. Usually problems center around duplicate email accounts, mistyped passwords, changed addresses or expired credit cards. These are all situations that we do not want to resolve in a public forum like a comments section.

  5. JoLaine – your subscription expired in 2023. The simplest way to resolve this is to start a new subscription. If you do in fact have an active subscription, please email customer service and they will be able to resolve the situation.

  6. Vickie – your subscription expired in January. And you have two different email addresses on file. This latter item tends to cause problems with our system. I suggest emailing customer service to consolidate your records under a single email address and then place a new subscription.

  7. Debra – your subscription expired in 2023. Please place a new subscription on our website. If you do in fact have an active subscription, please email customer service and they will be able to resolve the situation.

  8. Robert– your subscription expired in May. Please place a new subscription on our website. If you do in fact have an active subscription, please email customer service and they will be able to resolve the situation.

  9. Karen – it looks like you have two email addresses in our system. You may be trying to log into the site with the address that’s not associated with your active subscription. Rather than share your personal information in the comments section, I suggest emailing customer service. They can verify your preferred email address and consolidate your accounts.

  10. Gail – our records show that you placed your order on June 25. First issues usually take about 4 weeks to arrive in home. Please allow another week. If you still have not received your issue, please email customer service so we can verify your address and resolve this to your satisfaction.
