I can’t download the October issue. Something has changed recently. I’ve never had this problem. I seem to be going around in circles. Help!
Try logging out and log back in. Click the orange box to download. It seems to be working as normal.
I can’t download October, either. The same thing happened to me last month. My subscription is clearly active and I’m logged in. Very frustrating. Just going in circles.
Janice – please try logging in again. An adjustment has been made to your record.
Nope. The logging out and back in doesn’t work for me.
“Going in circles” is exactly what I’m doing. Haven’t heard back from customer service about this, either.
Ann – our records show that your subscription is active, expiring with the October 2024 issue. And you last logged in successfully on September 27. Try logging in from the home page. If successful, you should see your name at the top of the site. And be able to access all content.
I can not download September or October. I’m not happy. No reason to be paying. My subscription is good until Jan. 2025.
Paige – our records show your subscription expires with the Jul/Aug 2024 issue. Please use one of links on the home page to restart your subscription.
I can’t download the October issue either. Have tried logging out and back in. Has not worked. Please fix this.
Greg. Why can’t I download my issues? My subscription is active, correct?
I can’t seem to download my issue. When I look at my subscription, the info has not been updated and reflects info from 2023. What gives and how do I fix this?
